2. Hosting
This website is hosted by STRATO AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When you visit the site, the server automatically records technical data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) in log files. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure operation of the website). We have concluded a data processing agreement with STRATO.
3. No tracking, no external fonts
This website uses no analytics or tracking tools and loads no fonts or scripts from third-party servers.
4. Session cookie
To keep you logged in and remember your language, we set a technically necessary session cookie (“osk_sess”) that is deleted when you close your browser. Legal basis: § 25(2) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
5. Dealer registration
When you register for the dealer area we store the details you enter (company, contact person, email, phone, VAT ID, address, website) and your password in encrypted (hashed) form. We use this data to verify your dealer status, grant access and contact you about our business relationship. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). When you accept the image terms of use and download files, we log the time and IP address as proof. Data is deleted when the business relationship ends unless statutory retention periods apply.
6. Links to external services
The dealer area contains links to our Shopify dealer shop and to our image library [placeholder: provider]. Data is only transmitted to these providers once you click the link. Their privacy policies apply.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact: info@oskaere.com.
